This weeks activity is based on Bill Shanders presentation of The 4X4 Model for Winning Knowledge Content at KA Connect 2014. This theory focuses on getting the right content to the right people at the right time. He preaches the 4X4 model which is not throwing your work at people, but rather luring them in.
Bill is able to break down the challenges designers face into 3 categories.
